How do you know who's taking part in the discussion?
If the discussion is taking place with just one interlocutor, his/her name appears in the column Participants. Beyond that, the symbol 
is displayed. Position your cursor over this symbol: a tooltip lists the people involved in the discussion.
- You can add a recipient to the discussion in progress using the button
. - To reply to a message from a single person in a multi-person thread, right-click on the message and choose Respond to the message.
