  • What's the difference between a personal account and a institutional account?

An institutional account is an account shared by several users. It enables e-mails to be sent from shared addresses such as viescolaire@monetablissement.fr, secretariat@monetablissement.fr, etc.

A personal account is a nominative account used by a single user. All users can set up their own personal account, even if they are linked to a institutional account: when sending the e-mail, they simply designate the account to be used.
