  Why is it advisable to activate e-mail delegation?

Delegating e-mails to the PRONOTE server has several advantages:

• no complex configuration to complete,
• no e-mails lost in the event of a breakdown (if the SMTP server is down, e-mails are stored on the PRONOTE server and resent later),
• no waiting during sending (the user can continue working or quit PRONOTE immediately after sending).
