PRONOTE - How do I convert a institutional account into a personal account?

If an institutional account is assigned to a single user, it may be preferable to transform it into a personal account.

Go to the menu Configuration > Configure the sending of e-mail for this workstation.
Select the institution's account.
On the right-hand side of the window, make sure the account is assigned to a single user.
Click on the button at the top right.
In the confirmation window that appears, click on Yes.
