How to add an e-mail signature

In the e-mail dispatch window, click on the button
 located to the right of the drop-down menu Signature. - In the pop-up window, click on Create a new e-mail signature, enter a designation, then validate with the key Enter.
 - Select the signature and in the text editor on the right, enter and format the e-mail signature.
 - To add an image, click on the button 
 at the bottom, double-click on the image, then once it's loaded, double-click again to insert it into the signature. - The image is added directly to your signature (you can change its size if necessary).
If you want to make this signature available to other users, double-click in the column Shared. The column Default, indicates the signature selected by default in the drop-down menu.
