My child has forgotten his/her password. Can I reset it for him/her?
If the institution authorizes you to do so, you can change your child's password yourself.
- In the display Personal information > Child's account, rubric Password, click on Modify.
- In the pop-up window, enter the new password, then enter it a second time.
- Click on the button Validate.
To choose a strong password, follow the recommendations of the CNIL.
