  I've lost my password, what do I do?

If you connect directly to PRONOTE and the institution has set up automatic password recovery, there is a link Recover your username and password on the connection window.

If you connect to PRONOTE via a Digital Workspace-DW (ENT) or the link Recover your username and password does not appear, please contact your institution.
