I don't remember my password. What should I do?
The resetting of a forgotten password is subject to authorization. If you log in directly to PRONOTE and the institution has set up automatic password recovery, the link Recover your username and password appears on the login window. You must also have provided a valid e-mail address.
If the reset proves impossible (you connect to PRONOTE via an ENT or the link Recover your username and password does not appear), contact the PRONOTE administrator of the institution to ask them to generate a new password for you.

- In the login window, click on the link Recover your username and password.
- In the pop-up window, in step 1, enter your e-mail address and then click on the button
.
- A message tells you that a security code has been sent to you. Click on the button Close.
- After having read the e-mail PRONOTE - recovery of the login details in your messaging service, copy and paste the security key composed of 4 strings of 4 characters into the field of step 2, then click on the button .
- The fields to set your new password are now accessible. Enter your password, then confirm it. Click on the button
.
- Your new password is then taken into account. Click on the button Close.
