  How can I tell if the recipients have actually viewed the document I placed in their locker?

On the line of the deposited document, you can see the percentage of recipients who opened the document. The percentage shown is the percentage of all recipients combined.

If you want to know the percentage by type of recipient, click on the button , then choose the menu % Reading rate.

In the pop-up window, you will see the details for each recipient.
