Connection problems are very common, especially at the start of the new school year when users try to connect for the first time. There can be many reasons for a connection problem: to solve it, always try to find out what error message was displayed when the user tried to connect.
This list, which is not exhaustive, will give you all the information you need to solve connection problems to the Webspaces - if your connection problem concerns the Client, click here.
"HTTP Error 503"
The server PRONOTE.net is not published; to publish it, connect to the hosting console.
"The site is not available"
The Webspaces are not published; to publish them, go to the homepage of your Client PRONOTE.
"You do not have access to the [...] Webspace"
Access to Webspaces is not activated if the user is:
- a guardian, activate his/her access from the display Resources > Guardians >
Information form ;
- a Student Administration staff member, activate his/her access from the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles;
- a teacher, activate his/her access from the display Resources > Teachers >
Authorization profiles.
"This site is inaccessible"; "Sorry, impossible to access this page"; "Um, we can't find this site"...
The connection address given to users is incorrect; to verify this, go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity.
"Your username or password is incorrect"
The problem is caused by human error (wrong password or username, connection to another institution's Webspace, etc.); to help users solve their problem, redirect them to their respective knowledge bases:

"Identification impossible"
The authentication data entered in the Digital Workspace-DW (ENT) does not correspond to the data entered in PRONOTE; to match the data, go to the display Communication > Identity management > Resolving of interconnection failures.
