Indicating the parents you wish to meet means indicating the priority level of the meeting for each student.

Go to Parents/Teachers meetings > Desiderata and availability. Select the session from the drop-down menu at the top.
For each student, indicate whether the meeting is:
- optional: if parents also consider the meeting optional, it will not take place,
- wanted,
- priority,
- refused (if this option is granted): the meeting will not take place, regardless of the parents' wishes.
  
  To consult the meaning of the priority levels, click on the button Captions.
If the institution has limited the number of identical desiderata, the desiderata will be grayed out when you have reached the limit.
