  • My child has forgotten his/her password. Can I change it from my own account?

Yes, you can do this from your Parents Webspace.

  1. Click on the button .
  2. Go to the tab Personal information > Child's account.
  3. In the rubric Password, click on the button Modify.
  4. In the pop-up window, enter your child's new password, then enter it a second time.



  5. Click on Validate.
  6. A window confirms that the new password has been set. All you have to do now is give it to your child so that he/she can log in.
