  • Connect for the first time from a telephone via the address provided by the institution

 
The Parents Webspace of PRONOTE is an Internet Webspace accessible from a computer or a mobile application to be installed on your phone or tablet. The PRONOTE application is available on the main stores (Android, iPhone).

To log in via the Website address, you will need the following items provided by the institution by post or e-mail:
  • the connection address,
  • your username,
  • your password. If you have already logged in to your Teachers Webspace via the Web interface, use the personalized password you entered when you logged on for the first time.

Step No. 1: Download the mobile application

  1. From Google Play or the App Store, enter PRONOTE in the search field.
  2. Download and install the application with the icon , edited by Index Education.
  3. Once the mobile application is open, the Privacy Statement window appears. Click on the terms and conditions link to read them.
  4. Then return to the PRONOTE application. Accept the general conditions of use and click on Activate the services.

Step No. 2: Configure your account

  1. Click on the button at the bottom right.
  2. In the window Add an account, click on With the PRONOTE URL.

  3. Enter the site address provided by the institution, then click on the button .

    RNE must be replaced by your institution's identification number (a 7-digit code followed by a letter).

  4. Click on Parents Webspace

  5. Enter your username and password, then click on the button Validate.

  6. The account name is displayed. Click on it.



  7. A message appears offering you to connect automatically to this account next time you log on. We advise you to choose Yes.
  8. If this is your first time logging on to your Webspace, the password personalization window appears. Enter your personalized password in accordance with the password composition rules adopted by the institution, then enter it again to confirm. Click on the button Validate.



  9. This takes you to the homepage of your Webspace.
