I can't remember my PIN code. What should I do?
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask authorized personnel. Resetting your PIN code is subject to authorization and requires several prerequisites. If this is not possible, please contact your institution's PRONOTE administrator.

- In the PIN code entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A window indicates that a reset code has been sent by e-mail. Click on Close.
- After reading the e-mail Resetting code for your PIN code in your mailbox, use the numeric keypad to enter the 6-digit code you received.
- Enter a new PIN code, then click on the button Validate.
- Confirm it, then again click on the button Validate.
