How to give more rights to the referent teachers
You can give more rights to the referent teachers by giving them a tutor status: tutors have a dedicated display in PRONOTE for monitoring the students they supervise.
Designate students tutored by a teacher in the display Resources > Teachers >
Teacher forms: double-click on Is not the tutor of any student under the photo and, in the pop-up window, tick the tutored students.

You can also proceed in the differently and designate a tutor for a multi-selection of students from the display Resources > Students > 
List, via the command Modify the selection > Tutor disponible with a right-click. The teacher can then monitor his or her students in the display Results > Follow-up > 
Follow-up of my students: for each tutored student, it is possible to consult gradebooks, report cards, orientations, teachers' recommendations and school transcripts.
