How do I cancel a meeting?
A cancelled meeting is displayed as such in the agenda of all participants. To permanently remove the appointment from your agenda and that of other participants, click on Delete.
Cancel a simple meeting
- Go to the tab Communication > My meetings.
- In the left-hand column, select Simple meeting.
- Select the meeting from the list, then click on Cancel the meeting.
- In the pop-up window, enter the reason for cancellation, then click on Confirm the meeting cancelation.
Cancel a series of meetings
- Go to the tab Communication > My meetings.
- In the left-hand column, click on the small triangle to the left of the concerned series of meetings.
- Select the meeting you wish to cancel, then click on Cancel the meeting.
- In the pop-up window, enter the reason for cancellation, then click on Confirm the meeting cancelation.
