  • How do I cancel a meeting?

A cancelled meeting is displayed as such in the agenda of all participants. To permanently remove the appointment from your agenda and that of other participants, click on Delete.

Cancel a simple meeting

  1. Go to the tab Communication > My meetings.
  2. In the left-hand column, select Simple meeting.
  3. Select the meeting from the list, then click on Cancel the meeting.



  4. In the pop-up window, enter the reason for cancellation, then click on Confirm the meeting cancelation.

Cancel a series of meetings

  1. Go to the tab Communication > My meetings.
  2. In the left-hand column, click on the small triangle to the left of the concerned series of meetings.


  3. Select the meeting you wish to cancel, then click on Cancel the meeting.



  4. In the pop-up window, enter the reason for cancellation, then click on Confirm the meeting cancelation.
