Answer a request for a meeting
A guardian can send you a request for a meeting from his/her Parents Webspace. You can refuse the request, or accept it in principle by indicating your availability. The guardian then confirms the meeting by clicking on the time slot of his/her choice.
Consult the list of requests for meetings
- Go to the display Communication > Meeting >
Manage my meetings.
- On the left of the screen, select Single meeting > Guardians.
- The requests for meetings to be processed appear in red in the list.
Accept a request for a meeting
- Go to the display Communication > Meeting >
Manage my meetings.
- On the left of the screen, select Single meeting > Guardians.
- Select the meeting, then click on the button Accept the meeting.
- In the pop-up window, click on the button to add slots.
- Click on Validate: the request changes to status Proposed.
- The guardian validates one or more of the proposed slots: the request changes to the status Scheduled, the selected slot is displayed in the column Slot(s) and the meeting is added to your agenda.
Refuse a request for a meeting
- Go to the display Communication > Meeting >
Manage my meetings.
- On the left of the screen, select Single meeting > Guardians.
- Select the meeting, then click on the button Refuse the meeting.
- In the pop-up window, enter a reason for refusal, then click on Validate.
- The request changes to the status Refused; to remove the meeting from your display, click on Delete.
Don't delete the meeting request immediately: by deleting it from your interface, you also delete it from the guardian's interface. The guardian will then not be able to see the reason for your refusal.
