Créer des rendez-vous en série
Creating a series of meetings allows you to organize meeting sessions. You create all the slots offered to students and/or their guardians at the same time. If the meeting session concerns students only, a slot is automatically allocated to them: the allocated meeting appears in their agenda as it does in yours as soon as the meeting is created. You must wait for confirmation from the guardians before the meeting appears in your agenda.
Create a series of meetings for students
- Go to the display Communication > Meeting >
Manage my meetings. - In the left-hand column, select Series of meetings >Students.
- Click on the button New meeting.
- DIn the pop-up window, double-click on the field Students, then select students from the list.
- Click on the fields Subject and Contents then enter your text.
- Specify the duration of the meeting.
- Click on the button to add one or more slots:
- to add slots one by one, select New slot then define the date, time, mode and location of the proposed slot.
- to add several slots over an entire period (a morning, for example), select Define slots from a time range; the number of slots defined depends on the meeting duration defined in step 6; if you are not available for certain slots within this range, you can delete them manually.
- to add slots one by one, select New slot then define the date, time, mode and location of the proposed slot.
- Click on Validate.
Create a series of meetings for guardians
- Go to the display Communication > Meeting > Manage my meetings.
- In the left-hand column, select Single meeting > Guardians.
- Click on the button New meeting.
- In the pop-up window, double-click on the field Guardian(s) then tick the guardians in the list; you can also request the student's presence by ticking the corresponding box.
- Click on the fields Subject and Contents then enter your text.
- Specify the duration of the meeting.
- Click on the button to add one or more slots:
- to add slots one by one, select New slot then define the date, time, mode and location of the proposed slot.
- to add several slots over an entire period (a morning, for example), select Define slots from a time range; the number of slots defined depends on the meeting duration defined in step 6; if you are not available for certain slots within this range, you can delete them manually.
- to add slots one by one, select New slot then define the date, time, mode and location of the proposed slot.
- Click on Validate.
