To ignore certain competencies when calculating (display Competencies > Bulletin > Synthesis and entry of the appraisals), click on the button  in the top right-hand corner of the list, then un-tick the concerned competencies in the pop-up window. These will also not appear in the synthesis of the evaluations table.
