How do you indicate that an average is unrepresentative?
You can indicate that an average is non-representative if the corresponding option has been activated by the administrator.
- Go to one of the following displays:
- Grades > Entry,
- Report cards > Entry of the appraisals >
Entry of teachers' appraisals per subject.
- From the three drop-down menus, select My Services, then the relevant period and service.
- Double-click in the column N.R. then click on Yes in the pop-up window: a label N.R. is displayed in the column.
NR is displayed on the report card and, where applicable, the gradebook. Students and their guardians can view it in their Webspaces. Non-representative averages are not sent to the national applications Parcoursup and LSL. Once the average has become representative (for example, following replacement evaluations organized by the institution), the mention NR must be removed.
