Comment réinitialiser le mot de passe / le code PIN d'un élève / d'un responsable ?

If you have an SPR or superadministrator login, you can reset the password and PIN of a student or guardian:

• For a student: go to the display Resources > Students >  List, select the student, right-click and choose the command Change the password and PIN code (Student Webspace) > Reset the password/Generate a new PIN code.
  
  
• For a guardian:
• go to the display Resources > Guardians >  Information form, select the guardian, right-click and choose the command Modify the selection > Password and PIN code > Reset the password/Generate a new PIN code.
