  Teachers who have secured their account with a PIN code must enter it each time they log on. Is this normal?

If the PIN code is requested each time the user logs on, even though the device has been registered by the user (the option I register this device to be ticked after entering the PIN code), it's probably the browser settings that need to be modified.
