Send usernames and passwords by e-mail or letter
Login details (username and password) are private information. At the beginning of the year, please communicate them confidentially to each person concerned. PRONOTE offers several means of communication. You can send your dispatch by e-mail, letter or SMS if your establishment has subscribed to this service.
Before performing the following operation:
- Verify in the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity, tab For connection, that the PRONOTE.net public URL has been entered correctly. For institutions choosing the hosted mode, the address is https://RNE.index-education.net/pronote/ by replacing "RNE" with the institution's RNE.
- Verify in the display Communication > Mail and Documents >
Templates that the documents Connection comply with what you want to communicate to users.
If the tag Ele_QrCode is not visible, reset the document with the command Restore the original available using a right-click (you can duplicate the document beforehand, then copy and paste the changes you've made).
- Go to the wanted display:
- Resources > Teachers/Students/Guardians/Staff/Inspectors >
List, - Resources > Guardians >
Information form, - Internships > Internship counselors > List.
- Resources > Teachers/Students/Guardians/Staff/Inspectors >
- Select the recipients from the list.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar.
- In the send window, select the Type of output (Printer, PDF or E-mail).
- Select the template Connection specific to each resource.
- Click on the button Print/Generate/E-mail (depending on the output type selected in step 4).
