The maximum number of simultaneous connections has been reached, I can't connect to the Client...

In Administrative mode, simultaneous connections to the Client are limited to four users (or more, if your establishment has purchased additional connection rights).

If this error message appears, it means that there are already four users connected in Administrative mode: the fifth user cannot use this mode.

There are several ways to remedy the problem:

• wait for a connection to become available;
• connect to Student Administration Mode (if you have also been assigned this connection mode);
• connect in Administrative mode by ticking the box Consultation (if your institution has subscribed to the Unlimited Consultation license);

• 

• ask the administrator to disconnect a user to liberate a connection.
