I've entered the wrong username/password several times. How long will my account be blocked?

If your institution is hosted, suspension time is 5 minutes after 3 attempts. If your institution is not hosted, the suspension time and number of attempts depends on the configuration made by the supervisor (SPR or superadministrator): between 1 minute and 5 minutes of blocking, after 5 or 3 attempts.
