I've lost my password to connect to the Client PRONOTE. What should I do?
If you're not an administrator, ask your administrator to reset your password or username. In most cases, the administrator is the institution's principal or assistant principal.
If you are an administrator, log in to the hosting console and follow the password reset procedure in the tab My account > Password, by selecting your profile from the drop-down menu, if necessary.

To choose a strong password, follow the recommendations of the CNIL.
