Yes, if you are connected from an account of the type Administration (ADMIN).

Setting the disconnection parameters for Client users

Manual disconnection of a user

  1. Go to the menu Server > Display the list of connected users.
  2. Select the user you wish to disconnect, right-click and choose Disconnect the user [user's name].
  3. In the confirmation window, click on Yes.

Automatic disconnection

Teachers connected to the Client in Teacher Mode

  1. Go to the display Resources > Teachers > Authorization profiles.
  2. Select a profile from the list on the left.
  3. In the frame Automatic disconnection at the bottom left of the screen, tick Disconnect the teachers with this profile in case of inactivity superior to X min., then enter the wanted value.

 

Staff connected to the Client in Student Administration Mode

  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles.
  2. Select a profile.
  3. In the frame Automatic disconnection at the bottom left of the screen, tick Disconnect the staff with this profile in case of inactivity superior to X min., then enter the wanted value.



Staff connected to the Client in Administrative Mode

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. In the window that appears, select a user group.
  3. In the frame Automatic disconnection at the bottom left of the screen, tick Disconnect the users of this group in case of inactivity superior to X min., then enter the wanted value.



Set automatic disconnection for users of the Webspaces

In hosted mode

  1. From the hosting console , go to the panel PRONOTE.net.
  2. Click on the tab Security parameters.
  3. In the frame Disconnection of users, select from the drop-down menu the duration of inactivity after which users are disconnected.

    To change the setting, the base must be unpublished.

    You can momentarily stop the publication of the base by clicking on the button Shut down the publication. Then don't forget to reactivate it by clicking on the button Publish the base.


In non-hosted mode

  1. From PRONOTE.net , go to the panel Security parameters.
  2. In the frame Disconnection of users, in the drop-down menu, select the duration of inactivity after which Webspace users will be disconnected.
