I've forgotten my PIN code. What should I do?
If authorized by the administrator (SPR or superadministrator), users who forget their PIN code can reset it themselves, without having to ask authorized staff.
- In the PIN entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code: a pop-up window indicates that a reset code has been sent to you by e-mail.
- Enter the 6-digit code received in the e-mail Resetting code for your PIN code, then click on Validate.
- In the pop-up window, enter the new PIN code using the numeric keypad, then confirm the code by clicking on the button Validate each time.
