How can I allow students/parents to reset their password?
To authorize students or parents to reset their password from the Webspace login window, go to the display Parameters > GENERAL OPTIONS > 
Protecting accounts. In the list Type of user, select Students and/or Guardians, then tick the option Authorize the recovery of the forgotten passwords by e-mail.
Protecting accounts. In the list Type of user, select Students and/or Guardians, then tick the option Authorize the recovery of the forgotten passwords by e-mail.The link Recover your username and password appears in the connection window of the concerned Webspace.
The option Authorize the recovery of the forgotten passwords by e-mail is also available to internship counselors. All users must also have provided a valid e-mail address.
