A user has forgotten their password/username. How do I reset it?

To reset a password at a user's request, go to display Resources > Teachers/Students/etc. >  List, select the concerned users, right-click and choose:

• for the students: Modify the password (Students Webspace) > Reset the password;
• for the guardians: Modify the selection > Password > Reset the password;
• for the teachers: Modify the selection > Password and PIN code > Reset the password;
• for the teaching assistants: Modify the selection > Password and PIN code > Reset the password;
• for the staff that connect in Student Administration mode: Modify the selection > Password and PIN code > Reset the password;
• for the staff that connect in Administrative mode: go to the menu File > User administration, click on the display Users, select the concerned user, then double-click directly in the column Password to enter a new one.
