How does automatic positioning allocation work?
There are 4 calculation modes that allow you to define the evaluations to be taken into account (in all cases, evaluations with a zero coefficient are ignored):
- Mode 1: all displayed evaluations.
- Mode 2: the last 5 evaluations; when evaluations take place on the same date, those in which the student achieved the best results are used.
- Mode 3: the 5 evaluations offering the best results.
- Mode 4: all evaluations weighted progressively (coefficient 1 for the oldest, then 2, then 3, etc.).
The scale of values used for the calculation is defined in Parameters > Evaluation > Proficiency levels.
- The result obtained for each evaluation taken into account is converted into points with the default values:
-
= 50 points |
= 40 points |
= 25 points |
= 10 points.
When intermediate levels are used:
-
= 33 points and
= 18 points.
In mode 4, the number of points for each evaluation is multiplied by its coefficient.
- This gives us a number of points per subject for each student.
- This number of points is divided by the number of evaluations to obtain a value on a scale of 1 to 4:
-
- More than 45 points:
- Between 33 and 45 points:
- Between 18 and 33 points:
- Less than 18 points:
- More than 45 points:
