  • How to indicate non-representative averages?

NOTE: the services concerned are those that may be assessed in continuous assessment in 10th and 11th grade. Non-representative averages are not sent to the national applications of Parcoursup and LSL.
PREREQUISITE: this feature is not activated by default. You need to ask your administrator to activate it in Client PRONOTE if you want to use it. The administrator will go to the menu Parameters > EVALUATION > Options, in the frame Average of subjects counting towards continuous assessment for the baccalauréat.

Reporting unrepresentative averages

At any time, you can indicate that an average is unrepresentative. In Grades > Entry and/or Report cards > Entry of the appraisals, once you have selected the class, then the service, if you feel that the average is not representative, simply double-click in the column N.R. The icon appears and the average is grayed out.

Double-click on the icon to return to the representative average.
NOTE: once the average has become representative (following replacement evaluations you organize, for example), the mention NR must be removed.
