Configure your homework notebook
Before using the homework notebook, remember to configure your account to suit your preferences by going to My data > Account, left-hand column Preferences > Homework notebook.
Activate the entry of the worked on program elements
By ticking Activate the entry of the program elements, you are assured of being able to enter the worked on program elements in the homework notebook, even if they have not (yet) been included in the report card template.
Define which courses it will be possible to give assignments to
By default, PRONOTE considers as a "next course", a course in the same subject having a resource in common. This allows you, for example, to assign work from a whole-class course to a group course, and vice versa.
HINT: if you want to be able to give assignments from an AP or PPE course to a standard course and vice versa, un-tick Course in the same subject.
Sharing with the other teachers
By ticking Share my attachments with other teachers, you can be sure that your documents will appear in other teachers' displays Pedagogical tools > Pedagogical resources > Teacher's resources.
Choosing when to publish the homework notebook
By default, the homework notebook is published at the end of the course. You may prefer a publication At the beginning of the course. In all cases, early publication of an entry remains possible.
Activate the entry of educational programs
By ticking Activate the entry of the educational programs, you can save homework notebook entries (content) as educational programs.
The button
Customization of the entry which is located on the level of Assignment to be completed in the display Homework notebook > Entry allows you to configure the level of difficulty and the estimated time required to guide students. These will be entered by default each time an assignment is created.
