  What is the meaning of the icons in the roll call sheet?

You can customize the roll call sheet and follow-up by adding optional fields to your roll call sheet in your Teachers Webspace, in the web version, from the parameter window for choosing optional rubrics

Student-related information 

Student's name in red	He/she was absent from your last class.
Student's name with an asterisk *	On an outing
	The student has a commitment
	Representative
	Eco representative
	The student has an accompaniment project
	The student has a teaching assistant
	The student is enrolled in a group with a variable population (personalized accompaniment, accompanied studies, etc.)
	It's the student's birthday
	The student has a memo from the Student Administration
	The student was absent during the previous period
	The student is in home schooling
	The student has a valorization memo
	The student has a convocation
	The student has an administratively unsettled absence

Specifics related to absences and/or convocations

	The absence or convocation was entered by the Student Administration
	Absence does not apply to the entire duration of the course
