  • What do the icons next to the students' names mean?

The following icons may be displayed next to student names:

  • : the student is a class representative or the alternate representative.
  • : the student is an eco-delegate.
  • : the student is bound to another type of engagement.
  • : the student is bound by several engagements.
  • : the student is accompanied by a teaching assistant.
  • : an accompaniment project is set up for the student. By clicking on the icon, you can consult the details of the project (period of application, arrangements made).
  • : the accompaniment project is medical in nature.
  • : the student has several accompaniment projects, one of which is medical.
  • : the student is in a group of variable population.
  • : it's the student's birthday.
  • : a valorization memo has been entered for the student. By clicking on the icon, you can read the memo and/or create a new one.
  • : the student has an extra homework to hand in.
  • : a memo has been entered for the student. By clicking on the icon, you can read the memo and/or create a new one.
  • : the student is summoned to Student Administration during the course.
  • : the student was absent from the previous course.
  • : the student has an absence that is unsettled administratively.
  • : the student is in home schooling.
If you move your mouse cursor over an icon, additional information appears in a tooltip. For example, the type of engagement, the name of the teaching assistant, etc.

The icon at the top of each column indicates whether or not the information is available in the Parents and Students Webspaces:

  • automatic publication,
  • no publication,
  •  information is published by default, but you can unpublish it, either by un-ticking the option in the entry window, or by using the command Unpublish with the right-click when there is no intermediate window.
