How do you promote a student to the teaching team?
By writing a valorization memo using the roll call sheet!
In the display Student Administration > Roll call sheet:
- Select the menu Roll call and follow-up. Select the course to display the students.
- Right-click on a student and select
Valorize the student. In the window that appears, click again on the button Valorize the student.
- A window appears, allowing you to enter the valuation element. Write the message to be shared with the administration and the pedagogical team, then click on the button Validate.
- The memo is displayed on roll call sheets with the icon
.
If you would like to send a message to parents and students, use the column Observations.
