Share a memo with Student Administration from the roll call sheet
Memos about students are a simple way for staff and teachers to communicate and store information about a student. They are not shared with parents or students.
In the display Student Administration > Roll call sheet:
- Select the menu Roll call and follow-up. Select the course to display the students.
- Right click on a student and select Create a memo. In the pop-up window, click again on the button Create a memo.
- A window appears where you can enter the memo. Write the memo to be shared with the administration and pedagogical team, then click on the button Validate.
- The memo is displayed on roll call sheets with the icon
Student Administration memos for a period determined by the institution (by default: 3 days).
NOTE: if you wish to send a note to parents and students, use the column Observations.
