  • Share a memo with Student Administration from the roll call sheet

Memos about students are a simple way for staff and teachers to communicate and store information about a student. They are not shared with parents or students.

In the display Student Administration > Roll call sheet:
  1. Select the menu Roll call and follow-up. Select the course to display the students.
  2. Right click on a student and select Create a memo. In the pop-up window, click again on the button Create a memo.



  3. A window appears where you can enter the memo. Write the memo to be shared with the administration and pedagogical team, then click on the button Validate.
  4. The memo is displayed on roll call sheets with the icon  Student Administration memos for a period determined by the institution (by default: 3 days).
 
NOTE: if you wish to send a note to parents and students, use the column Observations.
