Write a note to parents from the roll call sheet
Comments entered from the call sheet are displayed in the Parent and Student Webspaces.
In the display Student Administration >Roll call sheet, in the same way as you report an absence or tardiness:
- Select the menu Roll call and follow-up. Select the course to display the students.
- Tick the column Observations on the dedicated line of the concerned student. A window appears where you can enter a note. The tick/un-tick box Publish on Students and Parents Webspaces
allows you to choose whether or not to display the observation on the appropriate Webspaces.
- Click on Validate. The message may or may not be published on the Parents and Students Webspaces. Asterisks in column Observations are used to indicate the message. You can return to the message by clicking on the asterisks to return to the entry window.
NOTE: if you wish to enter a message for staff and/or teachers, use the memo.
