Report a visit to the infirmary
In Student Administration > Roll call sheet, you report a visit to the infirmary in the same way as you report an absence or tardiness.
- Select the display Roll call and follow-up.
- Select the course to display the students.
- Tick the column Infirmary to indicate students who go to the institution's infirmary.
- A pop-up window appears, in which you can enter the departure and return times, the person accompanying the student to the infirmary, and a comment if you wish.
- Click on Validate. A tick appears in the column Infirmary.
