Enter a punishment from the roll call sheet
You can enter a punishment from the dedicated display Student Administration > Punishments or directly from the roll call sheet, as described below.
In the display Student Administration > Roll call sheet, in the same way that you report an absence or a tardiness:
- Select the course to display the students.
- Tick the column Punishments on the dedicated line for the concerned student.
- A window appears in which you can add a punishment to the student and enter the circumstances and follow-up.
- Click on the box with three dots in the frame Motive. Tick the motive and validate. If the icon representing a red folder
is associated with the motive, a Student Administration folder is automatically created.
- Enter incident details and/or attach a file if necessary.
- Indicate what you want to do next. The fields depend on the punishment. For example, for a detention, you'll be asked how long you want it to be.
- If you wish parents to be informed of the punishment, tick the box
Publish on the Parents Webspace.
- Click on the button Validate your entry
at the top right to save your entry.
- The following icons appear in column Punishments:
- detention
- community service (CS)
- extra homework
- detention
NOTE #1: In the column Punishments of the roll call sheet, the icon
indicates that the Punishment is published in the Parents Webspace according to the teacher's decision, depending on whether the box
Publish on the Parents Webspace is ticked or not.

NOTE #2: It is also possible to indicate a suspension, a one-off exemption for the course in question, or a without notebook (also possible from the dedicated display), in the concerned columns.
