Access the enrollment form
If you already have another child in the institution, you can access the enrollment form from your Parents Webspace.
- Go to Enrollments > New enrollment and enrollments being processed.
- Click on the concerned session on the left, then click on the button Display the enrollment form to enter the required information.
If you do not have children in the institution, from the institution page, you need to access the Enrollment Webspace. You must create an account before accessing the form.
- From the Enrollment Webspace, click on You want to make an initial enrollment request.
- In the account creation window, enter your surname, first name and e-mail address, then click on the button Validate.
- A message tells you that a security code has been sent to you by e-mail. Click on Close.
- Enter the code you have received, then click on the button Validate.
- Then enter your password, and enter it a second time. Click on the button Validate.
- Your account is now active. Click on Close.
- In the connection window, enter your username (for example, your e-mail address) and password, respecting upper and lower case, then click on Connect.
- This will take you to your Enrollment Webspace. Select the concerned session on the left, then click on the button Display the enrollment form to fill in the required information.
To keep track of your file, when you next log on to the Enrollment Webspace, click on You already have an enrollment that is in progress and an account on the Enrollment Webspace.
