I can't edit the incident details, the entry field is grayed out...
If the field Details of the circumstances is grayed out in the display Discipline > Punishments > 
Enter the punishments or in the display Discipline > Sanctions > Entry of sanctions, this means that this information has been entered from the incident report. To modify, return to Discipline > Incidents > Entry of the incidents.
If you do not see the tab Incidents, your administrator has not given you access.
