  • Appoint the "Student Administration" contacts for the guardians

 

Staff designated as Student Administration contacts are the recipients of messages sent by the guardians when they contact the Student Administration from their application.

The guardians can write to the institution without choosing a named recipient. All members of the Student Administration team can consult exchanges.

  1. Go to the menu Communication > PARAMETERS > Identity.
  2. At the bottom of the window, complete the fields Student Administration Contact(s) (for the guardians) by clicking on the button .
  3. Tick the people you want and validate.



  4. Tick Publish.

  5. The guardians write to designated staff directly from the button Contact Student Administration on the mobile app.
