Create a teaching assistant
In principle, teaching assistants have already been created in the EDT base and imported into PRONOTE during initialization. If you create a teaching assistant in the PRONOTE base after initialization, don't forget to associate him/her to the students he/she is assisting and to create his/her timetable from the Client EDT.
- Go to the display Resources > Staff >
List.
- Click on Create a staff member, and enter the user's first and last name, validating each time with the key Enter: a window Select or edit a job function appears.
- Select a function of the type Teaching assistant (by default, two functions exist: AESH and AVS), then click on Validate: the staff member is added to the base.
The Teaching assistants (AESH and AVS) connect exclusively to the Teaching Assistants Webspace via a web browser. They do not have access to the Client PRONOTE. Their authorizations are configured in the Webspaces module.
