  • Appoint "Student Administration" contacts for teachers and staff?

Staff designated as a "Student Administration contact" will be able to be contacted instantly via chat to teachers and staff of the institution.

To appoint staff as "Student Administration contact":

  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff >  Form.
  2. Select the concerned staff from the list on the left.
  3. On the right, in the rubric Communication, click on the button Modifier.
  4. In the new window, tick Accepts being a contacted for the Student Administration office.



  5. You can also find these contacts in the menu Parameters > INSTITUTION > Identity. You can add contacts via this window, in the dedicated field, by clicking on the button .

To contact Student Administration, the teachers and staff must have received prior authorization: go to the display Resources > Staff >  Authorization profiles, select a profile from the list on the left, then tick the authorization Communication > Contact Student Administration.
You can authorize staff to designate themselves as "Student Administration contact": go to display Resources > Staff >  Authorization profiles, select a profile from the list on the left, then tick the authorization Generalities> Modify his/her personal information.
