Appoint "Student Administration" contacts for teachers and staff?
Staff designated as a "Student Administration contact" will be able to be contacted instantly via chat to teachers and staff of the institution.
To appoint staff as "Student Administration contact":
- Go to the display Resources > Staff >
Form.
- Select the concerned staff from the list on the left.
- On the right, in the rubric Communication, click on the button
.
- In the new window, tick Accepts being a contacted for the Student Administration office.
- You can also find these contacts in the menu Parameters > INSTITUTION > Identity. You can add contacts via this window, in the dedicated field, by clicking on the button
.
To contact Student Administration, the teachers and staff must have received prior authorization: go to the display Resources > Staff >
Authorization profiles, select a profile from the list on the left, then tick the authorization Communication > Contact Student Administration.

You can authorize staff to designate themselves as "Student Administration contact": go to display Resources > Staff >
Authorization profiles, select a profile from the list on the left, then tick the authorization Generalities> Modify his/her personal information.
