A Student Administration staff member is unable to connect to the Client, first verify that it has selected Student Administration Mode on the startup screen.





Also verify that the boxes Activate Student Administration mode and Publish the Student Administration Webspace and mobile version have been ticked in the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles.
