  • What's the difference between the SPR, a "superadministrator" and a user in the Administration group?

The SPR is the first PRONOTE user, the one with all authorizations, a priori the Principal.

The SPR can define "superadministrateurs" who will then have the same rights as as the SPR, except for the right to define other "superadministrators". To become a superadministrator, the concerned staff member must already be a member of the Administration group.

The user of the group Administration are users who have full rights over the data, except for those rights reserved for the SPR and "superadministrators", related in particular to:

  • deployment (initializing the database with EDT data, renewing subscriptions or contracts, etc.);
  • user rights management (authorization of staff authorized to connect in Administrative mode, recovery of users from one year to the next, etc.);
  • security (automatic logout configuration, choice of security policy for authentication, etc.);
  • sensitive aspects of communication (messages flagged as inappropriate).
