Can authorizations be limited to Consultation only?

Yes, if you have purchased the Unlimited Consultation license. In this case, you must use or create a group type CONSULT. All users in this group (with no limit on the number of simultaneous connections) will be able to view the data, according to the authorizations defined for this group.
