  • How to allow a teaching assistant to connect to the Client PRONOTE?

By default, teaching assistants cannot log in to Client PRONOTE. They only log in to their Teaching assistants Webspace via their web browser or mobile application. For them to be able to access the Client, also assign them a Student Administration connection.

Step 1: configure an authorization profile Student Administration > Teaching Assistants

  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles.
  2. Click on Create a new profile then enter a designation (for example, Teaching assistants).
  3. Configure the authorizations on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: assign the authorization profile Student Administration > Teaching Assistants

  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff > List.
  2. Double-click in the column Type of connection and authorizations > SA mode & Webs. of the concerned teaching assistant.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the profile created in the previous step and validate.
