Finally, I'd like an Teaching assistant to be able to log on in Administrative Mode; how do I authorize this after he/she has been created?
To authorize staff to log on in Administrative Mode, simply assign them an authorization group in the Administrative mode: to do this, double-click in the column Type of connection and authorizations > Administrative mode and select a group. To verify beforehand the authorizations assigned to this group, go to the menu File > User administration.
